Customer Testimonial – XTF Pro DTF Printer & Miro 24” Shaker Oven I recently purchased the XTF Pro DTF printer with the Miro 24” shaker oven from Karl. I’ll admit I was a little hesitant at first since the printer is fairly new to the market, but after talking with Karl and getting all of the specifics, it quickly became a no-brainer. The entire transaction and delivery process was smooth and easy. Setup was minimal, and Deana and Chris went above and beyond—spending a couple of hours with me on the phone after it arrived to walk me through installation, software, and everything I needed to get started. The machine itself has been incredible. It’s essentially maintenance-free: I simply shake two white cartridges daily for about 50 seconds and press a button to park the heads in solution-filled ink caps at the end of the day. Weekly cleaning takes just 10–15 minutes. In the last two weeks, we’ve run about 1,100 flawless prints without a single issue. Equally important, the support from Karl, Deana, and Chris has been top-notch. Every question or concern we’ve had has been answered immediately—something that’s critical when running a busy print business. I can honestly say I highly recommend both this printer and the company behind it. The XTF Pro has exceeded my expectations in both performance and ease of use.

There are certain companies that you run across in business that leave an impact. Some leave a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service and some exceed all expectations. DTG-C definitely exceeded all expectations. Starting in 2023 we were getting so many request from our existing customers regarding shirts for their brand. We knew heading into 2024 that a purchase of a DTG machine was imminent, one problem…who to buy from? Where to start? What is a DTG machine?…ok maybe not that question.. We joined a DTG group to learn more and honestly get referrals on where to buy. Day one we were overwhelmed with sales reps from all over the United States calling and emailing us, we spoke to countless sales reps during this time, some came off as very knowledgeable but extremely pushy, some clearly just wanted to land the sale and be done. We were about to put on hold purchasing a unit until we received a message from Shawn Stender at DTG Connection. Shawn was different from the other sales reps we had spoken to, he was genuinely nice, he asked questions regarding our business model, he got to know us a people and a company. Shawn never made us feel uncomfortable with asking questions, trust me…..we asked ALOT of questions! He would always return our calls and never once came off as pushy. After much deliberation we decided to take the plunge with the X2! After we received the machine in we were introduced to the other awesome person in this story, Deana! She helped us get the X2 set up, trained and rolling! We had one small issue with a firmware update in the beginning, but Shawn and Deana being the “dynamic duo” helped us get it sorted out quickly. They have been awesome to work with! I don’t care if you are a newbie like us or a seasoned pro, I can promise no one will have better customer service and training than DTG Connection! We are a few months in and this machine is worth every penny! We are so happy we took the plunge on DTG printing and found DTG connection, we couldn’t be happier with our decision!
